Rates

• Half Day (up to 4 hours on-site): From £640 + VAT
• Full Day (up to 8 hours on-site): From £1,280 + VAT
• Hourly Rate: £160 + VAT
  Available as an extension to a half or full day

What’s Included

• Captured using a 45MP full-frame mirrorless camera with professional lenses
• Typically delivers 15–20 final images for a half-day shoot
• Post-production included and carried out on colour-calibrated equipment
• Turnaround time: 2–3 working days

Travel Costs

• £0.80 per mile from my location

Image Licensing

• Perpetual license for editorial and marketing use by the commissioning party
• Advertorial and advertising usage available on request
• License is non-transferable and exclusive to the commissioning party
• Images may not be shared with or used by third parties
• I may feature the images in my own portfolio and marketing, but will never resell them without your consent

Interactive virtual tours are built from 360° panoramas and tailored to your space, audience, and brand. Pricing is based on the scope and complexity of your project.

• Panorama resolution – Standard (16K) or Ultra High Resolution (up to 82K)
• Number of panoramas required
• Hotspots and information panels

• Hosting solution – self-hosted or hosted by me

Capture & Processing

• Standard Panorama (16K x 8K): £160 + VAT
• Ultra High Resolution Panorama (up to 82K x 41K): £475 + VAT

Tour Design

Tour design is quoted based on your needs, from simple to fully bespoke.

• Hotspots and content panels
• Custom branding and layout
• Smooth navigation between scenes
• Zooming, panning, and responsive display
• Optional VR compatibility (e.g. Meta Quest)

Hosting

• Self-hosted: Files provided with guidance
• Hosted by me: £15/month + VAT (billed annually)

Whitelabeling

• Available for agency partners and resellers. Contact me to discuss licensing and delivery options.

Virtual Tour Licensing

• Advertorial and advertising usage quoted separately
• License is non-transferable
